The Franny Classic Cardigan is a lightweight, hip-length cardigan made from washable merino wool in a beautiful light blue.  It  features ribbon trim in stripes of blue, gray and white and mussel shell buttons.  The shell buttons come in variations of blues and grays, complementing the shades of blue and gray in the ribbon and adding a beautiful sheen against the fabric.  This colorway pairs well with navy, white, army and sage green, grays, black, and denim.

This sweater is a 15-gauge knit that is perfect for layering under a blazer, over one of our matching sleeveless shells or a blouse, or simply wearing alone. It is tailored without being tight.

Like all our sweaters, it is made-to-order in the U.S. from premium imported yarn. The ultrafine merino has a soft hand feel.  Best of all, this wool is machine washable.  Now you can have all the benefits of merino without the dry cleaning!
