Noyac Knits, a premium knitwear brand from the East End of Long Island, is making its first public appearance at the Sag Harbor Arts & Crafts Fair on June 19–21, 2026. We are thrilled to announce that Noyac Knits will be making its very first public debut at the Sag Harbor Arts & Crafts Fair, June 19–21, 2026. For a brand born and conceived on the East End of Long Island, there is no more fitting place to introduce ourselves to the world.
Noyac Knits is a premium knitwear brand founded on the East End of Long Island, New York. We design timeless cardigans and sleeveless shells in superfine merino wool and premium Egyptian cotton, hand-finished with signature grosgrain ribbon trim and carefully curated vintage and vintage-inspired buttons. Every piece is made to order, with an emphasis on quality, longevity, and quiet luxury.
Noyac Knits began, as the name suggests, in Noyac — a quiet, beautiful hamlet tucked between Sag Harbor and Southampton on the North Fork side of the South Fork. The brand's color palette is drawn directly from the landscape that surrounds us: the brilliant blue of open skies and sparkling bay water, the soft pinks and blues of hydrangea blooming along every lane in summer, the warm sandy tones of East End beaches, and the deep marine blues of the Atlantic. Every colorway we create is, in some way, a love letter to this place.
At the heart of Noyac Knits is a simple idea: timeless knitwear made with premium yarns and hand-finished details. Our cardigans are crafted from superfine merino wool and premium Egyptian cotton — fabrics chosen for their quality, longevity, and feel. Every cardigan comes with a matching sleeveless shell, so you always have a complete, coordinated look.
What sets a Noyac Knits piece apart is the signature grosgrain ribbon trim — a hand-finished detail that runs along the button band of every cardigan. Paired with carefully selected vintage and vintage-inspired buttons, the ribbon adds a whimsical, charming touch to what are otherwise beautifully classic silhouettes. It is the kind of detail that makes you smile every time you reach for it.
We are bringing something to Sag Harbor that will not be available anywhere online: a limited collection of women's and men's cardigans featuring rare vintage Liberty Bell and Colonial Flag buttons — made in honor of America's 250th Birthday.
These extraordinary buttons date to the era of America's Bicentennial celebration and are no longer in production. They are, quite simply, irreplaceable. Made in metal and enamel with exquisite details of the Liberty Bell and Colonial Flag, they are sewn onto our summer-weight fine gauge merino cardigans for women and navy shawl collar cotton cardigans for men, transforming each piece into something more than a sweater — they become cherished heirlooms, wearable pieces of American history.
We could not think of a more meaningful place to offer them than right here on Long Island — where George Washington's troops fought the first major battle of the American Revolution. The Battle of Brooklyn, fought in August 1776, was the largest battle of the entire Revolutionary War and the first true test of the Continental Army. The spirit of that fight — for something enduring, something worth preserving — feels very much alive in these pieces.
Each cardigan in this collection is one of a kind. Once these buttons are gone, they are gone forever.
Alongside the Bicentennial collection, we will also be offering a curated selection of one-of-a-kind pieces chosen entirely by the designer's eye — special styles, unexpected combinations, and singular items that reflect the creative spirit behind the brand. These pieces are not available online and will not be remade. If something catches your eye at the fair, trust that instinct.

The Sag Harbor Arts & Crafts Fair runs June 19–21, 2026. We would love to meet you, show you the collection in person, and share the story behind every ribbon, button, and stitch. This is where Noyac Knits begins — and we cannot wait to celebrate it with you.
Can't make it to the fair? Shop the full Noyac Knits collection online — though the Bicentennial and designer's whimsy pieces are available at the fair only.
