The funny thing about ribbon sweaters being “back” is that we never really thought they left.
Trends come and go. A ribbon cardigan doesn't have to participate. Rather, it can be a wingman to something trendy because it pairs with virtually everything—the jeans of the moment (e.g., cigarette jeans, barrel jeans, flare bottom, crop, high-waisted, low waisted). The skirts of the moment (e.g., midi, mini, pencil). In fact, when were cardigans not on the runways?
